摘要

1.在各種脂質存在下，患有Ehrlich氏腹水癌小白鼠攝取的飼料量，均同樣的降低。
2.各種脂質對Ehrlich氏腹水癌細胞的增殖並無影響。
3.有Ehrlich氏腹水癌小白鼠，其肝臓及去肝屍體脂質含量均明顯降低，而10%以上椰子油或黃豆油飼料，可導致去肝屍體脂質含量的增加，而緩和惡性體質(Cachexia)的嚴重性。

1. A considerable decrease in food intake of Ehrlich ascites tumor-bearing mice was observed, and that was not correlated with the amounts and types of dietary lipids used.

3. The lipid content of the liver or the extrahepatic carcass of Ehrlich ascites tumor-bearing mice was significantly less than that of the control. However, the diets which contains 10% or more of coconut oil or soybean oil may increase the lipid content of the extrahepatic carcass, and delay the development of cachexia.
