莊子之「天地」觀念探析

Exploration of the Concept "Heaven and Earth" of Zhuangzi

摘要


本文以莊子的「天地」概念為核心,詳細闡述了「天地」之覆載義、一體義與正命義。就覆載義來說,莊子創造性地將「天地」理解為一切存在的根本存在處境,並以「天地」覆載萬物之涵容、大公的「天地精神」作為這一處境的基本特性,使之成為理解人之存在意義與具體生命遭遇的存在論基礎;其次,我們應超越宇宙論、知識論或主體論的立場,從存在論的根基處加以把握「天地」一體義;最後,「天地」之正命義揭示了人如何不偏離此根本存在處境,以抉發自身的存在意義,求得安身立命之本,最終達成「與天地精神共往來」的生命境界。

The essay intends to explore the concept of "Heaven and Earth" of Zhuangzi. It elaborates on the meaning of Fuzai (covering), Yiti (oneness) and Zhengming. As for the meaning of Fuzai (covering), Zhuangzi creatively understands the "Heaven and Earth" as the fundamental circumstance of all the beings and regards the spirit of "selflessly covering" as the basic character of the circumstance, which is also the existential basis for understanding the meaning of life and the specific life experiences. Secondly, we should grasp the meaning of Yiti (oneness) from the perspective of the existential instead of cosmology, epistemology and subject theory. Lastly, in order not to deviate from such a fundamental existential circumstance, the meaning of Zhengming reveals how to dig out the significance of life in terms of ultimately reaching the spiritual plane of "going with the spirit of Heaven and Earth".
