摘要

本試驗將省產高經濟價值之孟宗竹、巨竹、馬來麻竹及桂竹，以鎳鹽、銅鹽、鉻鹽等保護藥劑予以處理，冀能研製出保有綠色竹青且耐久性佳之高品質竹材，拓展竹材之使用領域。竹材經保護藥劑處理後，以色差計分析比較竹青顏色之變化，試驗結果顯示：竹青之綠色效果隨著保護藥劑濃度與處理時間增長而增加；孟宗竹竹青之綠色效果以保力定K-33、硝酸鎳、硫酸銅等處理為佳；巨竹、馬來麻竹以保力定K-33處理，竹青具有最佳之綠色效果；桂竹經保護藥劑處理後竹青顏色偏黃，綠色效果較差；以保力定K-33與硝酸鎳或硫酸銅混合處理可以改善孟宗竹竹青之明度與彩度；以硝酸鎳與硫酸銅混合處理竹青顏色最綠；孟宗竹對於保護藥劑的適用性最優，巨竹次之，馬來麻竹與桂竹較差。

In order to conserve the original green color of bamboo and enhance its durability, four kinds of bamboo such as moso bamboo(Phyllostachys pubescens), giant bamboo (Dendrocalamus giganteus), malay bamboo (Dendrocalamus asper) and makino bamboo (Phyllostachys makinoi), the domestic products with high economic value in Taiwan, were treated with inorganic salts such as nickel salts, copper salts and chromate. After treatment, the color change of bamboo skin was evaluated with color and color difference meter. The results revealed that the better green color conservation of bamboo skin was obtained by treating with the higher concentration of inorganic salt or using the longer treatment time. The green color conservation of moso bamboo was readily obtained by treating with Boliden K-33, or nickel nitrate, or copper sulfate. The best green color conservation of giant bamboo and malay bamboo was obtained by treating with Boliden K-33. However, when, makino bamboo was treated with all inorganic salts used in this study, yellowish skin was obtained instead of green color. The brightness and chroma of most bamboo could be improved by consecutively treating with nickel nitrate (or copper sulfate) and then with Boliden K-33. The best, green color conservation was obtained by treating vith the mixture solution of nickel nitrate and copper sulfate. Above all, in the point of adaptability to inorganic salts, moso bamboo was the best, and the next was giant bamboo, while malay bamboo and makino bamboo was the worst.
