台北植物園遊客資料調查

The Survey of Visitor Informations in Taipei Botanical Garden

摘要


本調查之目的在透過問卷,分析台北植物園之遊客資料,調查時間為1990年9月~12月間,以系統逢機取樣,採人貝調查法,共計得到有效問卷614份,調查資料分別以簡單百分比及無母數統計方法進行分析。 根據調查結果顯示;前來台北植物園之遊客以青年學生最多(50.32%),遊客對台北植物園為試驗研究之場所概念很清楚(68.52%),遊客之活動主要為散步(37.04%)、認識樹木(22.47%),對本植物園整體觀感尚稱滿意(57.16%),但感覺本植物園與新公園類似(60.03%),解說牌標示樹名為遊客喜愛之認樹方式(43.90%),就感覺設施不足之遊客建議,以增加服務設施最多(37.64%)。 從本調查分析之結果除可瞭解遊客之基本資料與行為,及其對台北植物園經營管理上之理念與觀感外,並可做為經營管理之參考。建議爾後定期進行調查,以建立完整之資訊系統並提供經營管理措施之檢討。

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the visitor informations in Taipei Botanical Garden. Visitor interviews were done during September to December, 1990. Six hundred and fourteen effective questionnaires were obtained by systematic sampling and analyzed using frequency distribitions and non-parametric statistical methods. About half of the visitors were young students (50.32%) in this survey. Taking a walk (37.04%) and studying the trees (22.47%) were the most prefered activities. Sixty eight point fifty two percent of the sampled visitors knew that Taipei Botanical Garden (TBG) is a place for experimentation and research. However, 57.16% of the visitors felt the similarity between TBG and Taipei City Park as a recreational place. Reading interpretative board was the most favored way (43.90%) to recognize trees. Thirty seven point sixty two percent of these visitors thought providing the visitor service facilities was the most urgent demand. The results showing the visitors' basic informations, behaviors. Concepts and views of point about TUG can be a good guide for the management. A series of further researches is recommended to establish a visitor's information and provide references for the management.
