The objective of the present work is to study paper dust in tissue paper. Three types of sampling methods were employed; shaking with hand, swirling machine and folded in pocket. The averages of dust were 308, 129 and 574, the correlation coefficients were 0.95, 0.47 and 0.92 respectively. Scanning electronic mircoscope of samples showed the dust consisted of fine fibers and calcium carbonate, particle size ranged from 2μ-20μ, that might be harmful to respiration tracts.
