公共查詢子系統需求書規劃之探討

摘要
本文探討如何提公共查詢子系統之需求書，如何以現有環境對第二代公共查詢系統加以改進規劃，如何在設計之初對公共查詢子系統提出一個適用於讀者且能將圖書館所提供之公共服務項目呈現給讀者。從整合性的角度來探討原則性的問題，到技術性的觀點來提示畫面的展現方式。

The article below discusses about both the principles of OPAC subsystem proposal, and technical aspects of the screen manipulation. The habits of human keyboard manipulation should be considered as a primary factor as well. In addition, it tries to provide the improved ideas and features of second-generation OPAC under cuurent circumstances, which include cataloging system, subjectheadings systems, software capabilities, etc..
