A Case Study of Library Administration Law: The Arrival of a Brand New Age for the National Library

Currently, the National Central Library has changed its name to ”The National Library.” No matter Considering from its organizational structure of staff designing, it shows an obvious distinction. The case study attempts to evaluate the maneuring problem of human resources management in a national library. Hoping to widen the awareness of library professionals, the study intends to help library comrades to get a brief understanding about the organizational redesigning of the National Library.
