我國大學圖書館資訊倫理認知與問題之研究

摘要

本研究針對我國大學圖書館館員的專業倫理素養加以調查。以研擬我國圖書館專業倫理守則初稿。本研究採用文獻分析法、問卷調查法，並舉辦座談會深入探討大學圖書館中相關的倫理問題。研究結果發現：一、各國國情不同或學會組織成員的差異，使各國專業倫理守則內容與條文表達形式有所差異。二、90%以上被調查的圖書館界學者教授肯定制訂我國圖書館專業倫理守則之必要性。三、80%以上被調查的大學圖書館館員對於圖書館專業倫理守則的制訂與功能持贊同的態度，91.3%的館員認為「目前國內圖書館員符合專業倫理行為」適當。本研究參考國外專業學會之專業倫理守則內容，及國內專家學者與圖書館從業人員之意見，研擬出適合「我國圖書館之專業倫理守則初稿」，並提出十項建議。

The purpose of this research is to study the present status of professional ethical issues in university libraries in R.O.C., and to propose a draft of code of ethics for Chinese librarians. For this project, the questionnaire survey method and discussion meetings are employed. The major results and suggestions of the research are as following : ( I ) The differences in cultural background and professional organizations, the codes of ethics tends to be different in their contents and formats ; (2) Over 90 of library peers are approved the importance of the codes of ethics for librarians in this country ; (3) Over 80 of university librarians also agreed with the necessity of formulating code of ethics for Chinese librarians : and (4) A proposed draft of code of ethics for Chinese librarians has completed.
