The proliferating uses of computer network make the Internet become another powerful medium in addition to radio and television. It is encountering the flooded network information and numerous computer crimes, this article intends to discover the meanings of information ethics to library and information professionals, and to discuss the derivative problems of free access to network and the roles of library professionals as well.
