A Study on the Future Development of Public Libraries

This paper is to study the future development of public libraries. Due to the emerging influence of science and technology, especially the impact of information technology, this paper is to discuss the following three aspects: the adjustment of service philosophy and roles, the organizational change, and the management of information, of the public libraries.
