電子簽章簡介－及其對圖書館資訊服務可能的影響

摘要

我國電子簽章法的通過，使得電子簽章簽體具有法律的效益，這項措施對網際網路的電子交易發展將有極重大的影響。圖書館近來一直大力引進不同的網際網路資源來充實館藏，隨著電子簽章的法制化，將使得各類需要身份認證才能進行的服務在網際網路變安全而可以，因此圖書館可以開發一些更確認使用者身份才進行的雙向服務項目，進而擴大網際網路對圖書館資訊服務的範圍，筆者籍本文，簡單說明電子簽章的基本概要及對圖書館資訊服務未來可能應用相關的電子簽章問題，提供圖書館同道去開發新的服務方式。

Electronic Signature Act of R.O.C. was passed in 2001. It was very important for electronic business to identify persons and organizations in online communities. The Libraries in Taiwan have been introducing various Internet resources and applications for many years. The law must enlarge the scope of application for information retrieval related services over Internet. The writer of this article tried to introduce the basic concept of electronic signature and digital signature concisely, by the way, estimated what the library will apply it for the readers of the libraries in the future.
