摘要

本文介紹國立臺中圖書館推動「公共圖書館視聽資料館際互借與合作播映作業」之緣由、作業方式及未來發展，並分析視聽資料公開上映（公播版）授權的方式與著作權法相關問題探討。藉由此項作業的推動，期能提升公共圖書館視聽服務能力與促進各館館際合作。

The article introduces the cause, operation manner and future development of ”The Plan of Audiovisual Materials Interlibrary Loan and Cooperative Presentation in Public Libraries” to advance by National Taichung Library. To analysis and discuss the authorized modes of public presentation of audiovisual materials and relative themes of Copyright Law. Expect to improve audiovisual services and interlibrary cooperation of public libraries via the project carried out.
