上海圖書館虛擬參考諮詢服務實踐和發展

摘要


本文根據上海圖書館參考諮詢工作的實踐情況,提出建立一套切合實際情況的虛擬參考諮詢服務平臺的設想,旨在通過虛擬參考諮詢平臺二期開發達到:增加虛擬參考諮詢臺的柔性、合理利用人力資源、鍛練參考諮詢隊伍、發展參考諮詢業務、建立參考服務品牌、提升公共圖書館參考諮詢服務水準。

Traditional reference services are changing in response to the rapid growth of electronic resources available outside the library. There are an increasing number of libraries that are providing digital reference services to meet the demands and expectations of remote users. This article gives an overview of virtual reference services at Shanghai Libraries. It also examines the planning, implementation, marketing and user feedback of virtual reference services after 2001.
