數位學習與圖書館之投入

Digital Learning and Involvement of Libraries

摘要


隨著資訊科技的普遍化,人們對資訊的需求與日俱增,獲得資訊的來源日益多樣化,學習的管道也愈來愈多元化。除了傳統的課堂學習、研習會外,線上學習的管道也隨著電腦網路的普及而趨向複雜化。隨著教育改革與終身學習的推動,未來無論是正規課程與非正規課程之實施,與科技相結合成為必然之趨勢。積極推展數位學習,建立網路學習環境,並充分利用圖書館與社會資源,以增進人們多元化的學習機會應是未來各界教育訓練的重要管道。在資訊化的社會中,培養每個國民具備資訊知識與應用能力,也成為各國教育與訓練的發展重點。圖書館參與數位學習可以多種途徑投入,其中包括以數位學習的課程規劃圖書館利用的學習,另外一個層面則結合各個領域知識,協助建立資訊素養。本文除了介紹數位學習的科技外,也針對圖書館如何因應數位學習,以及數位課程規劃之考量加以討論。

The rapid revolution of information technology has contributed to more information exchange and information needs from users. As people are more exposed to a wide variety of information, learning becomes more diverse and complex. Digital learning provides a new approach for traditional teaching and training. With the movement of education reform and the emphasis on life-long learning, integrating technology into formal or informal courses and making instructional materials accessible to all learners is important. In the new digital age, people need information literacy in order to find and use various web-based resources. Library can play two major roles in digital learning: offering courses for promoting the use of library information, and integrating information literacy into other web courses. In this paper, related technology used in digital learning is described. Considerations and adaptations in digital learning are discussed.
