數位學習時代公共圖書館的新使命

New Challenges of Public Library in E-Learning Age

摘要


資訊科技運用能力已成為21世紀公民重要的素養,公共圖書館身為全民終身學習機構,應結合數位學習的理念以縮短數位落差,提供民眾適用且便利的資源與服務,透過數位學習的途徑提升民眾的資訊素養,有助於實現全民終身學習的理想。本文試論數位學習在圖書館的應用、數位學習時代的圖書館整合資源及資訊服務的發展,進而探討館員在數位學習時代的繼續教育之必要,並期望公共圖書館邁向學習型圖書館的目標實踐。

Information technology literacy becomes important sites in 21 century. Public library as the institution of lifelong learning must combine e-learning theory due to reduce the digital divide and provide more popular and useful resources and services. It could raise people's information literacy and help to achieve the goal of all people lifelong learning through e-learning.This article explains the effect of e-learning in library, discusses the library integrate resources and information services in e-learning age and further discusses the necessary of librarian continuing education , hoping to spark their interest in public library drive to carry out the ideal of learning library.
