摘要

策略管理是組織內總體管理之一環，強調組織與其外部環境之關係，審視其目前組織地位與未來變革之衝擊，以決定組織之適當因應。本文探討策略管理之意義與內涵，策略管理之程序，圖書館之應用策略管理；以期國內圖書館能運用策略管理以因應難以預測之圖書館環境，以達圖書館經營管理之最大績效。

Strategic management is a part of the general management of an organization. It emphasizes the relationship with external environments, evaluates the current status and effects of future changes, and determines the most appropriate organizational response. This paper aims at studying the meaning and content of strategic management, strategic management process, as well as the implementation of strategic management in libraries. The author hopes that strategic management could be implemented in the libraries in Taiwan, ROC, so that they may be managed more efficiently and effectively.
