摘要

公共圖書館為提供更多元的服務，必須師法企業界的作法，將部分業務委外，以達到資源最有效運用及提升行政效率之目的，本文以高雄市立圖書館與高雄市調色板協會合辦兒童玩具圖書館，創造「雙贏」之案例，予以分享。
