摘要

文章以公共圖書館精神為物件，探討公共圖書館員的公共圖書館精神培育問題。首先，闡述了公共圖書館精神的概念和本質，並且在回顧歷史的基礎上歸納總結了兩條公共圖書館最根本的精神；其次，論述了公共圖書館精神之於公共圖書館員的重要性；最後，介紹了公共圖書館員之公共圖書館精神培育的主要途徑。
