社會網路資源應用與公共圖書館網路服務

網際網路資源發展至今，逐漸形成以不同社群集合不同興趣使用者的情形，在社群中進行密集資訊交換及分享，形成不同的社會網路資源。公共圖書館面對網際網路資源日益龐雜的環境，為維護公共圖書館目的，深入了解不同性質使用者社群及社群間關係，才能將這些新形態網際網路資源與公共圖書館形成相輔相成的綜效。本文由社會網路基本形態、常見軟體介紹開始，對社會網路所表達概念性網路結構加以討論，並自公共圖書館角度了解部分社會網路軟體使用者行為及其社群成員間存在的關係，以便規劃公共圖書館對新形態網際網路應用方向。

So far the Internet have been developing that gradually aggregated different social interest communities in which provide various content respectively. Among these social communities intensely share and swap information that has formed different social networked resources. For the sake of keeping the goals of establishing public libraries, they should get aware of various virtual communities of which characteristics and inter relationships. Therefore, we can integrate the synthetic effects of the new type of Internet resources into public libraries operation. This paper aims to introduce the concepts and forms of social network, popular social network software, in addition to discuss user's behaviors of social network software and relationships among members of different communities to assist public libraries to plan their social network services from the perspective of public libraries.
