摘要

零至6歲學齡前階段是認知發展的重要時期，藉由閱讀可以促進大腦與語言發展，並為日後閱讀能力、學習成就，乃至健全人格奠定基礎。本文說明學齡前兒童認知與語言發展、可應用之閱讀技巧，以及介紹公共圖書館學齡前閱讀服務與閱讀環境。
