摘要

紐西蘭國家圖書館（NLNZ）擔負著編製與提供國家書目的基礎設施，以利有效率與經濟地傳輸書目內容，進而造福所有紐西蘭人民書目資訊需求。NLNZ所建置推出的「紐西蘭國家出版資訊網」（PublicationsNZ），可說是列在國家書目上有關紐西蘭過去與現行出版品的紀錄，其內容上包含在紐西蘭當地出版的圖書、期刊、錄音資料、音樂、電影、有聲書、地圖和其他材料等書目描述，或收錄在內容上有明顯紐西蘭色彩的出版品，並提供連結到典藏的圖書館單位，以利使用者就近獲取所需資源。本文主要從紐西蘭國家發展、文化特色、與紐西蘭圖書館事業和國家圖書館的策略願景，探討PublicationsNZ的建置與內涵，並分析此網站數位資訊服務功能與特色。

The National Library of New Zealand (NLNZ) has responsibility for producing and providing national bibliographic infrastructure to enable the delivery of content effectively and economically for the benefit of all New Zealanders. Publications New Zealand (PublicationsNZ) website, founded by NLNZ, is a publicly accessible record of past and current New Zealand publications listed in the national bibliography. It contains descriptions of books, serials, sound recordings, printed music, film, audiobooks, maps, electronic publications and other material published in New Zealand, or with a significant New Zealand content. Use it to get information about published items with a strong New Zealand connection, and see which libraries have these publications where users can find each item. From the national development and cultural characteristics of New Zealand, and the strategic directions of establishment of the national library, this article mainly explores the contents and functions of PublicationsNZ website, and finally analyzes some features of digital information services of this site.
