從北市圖績優館的誕生談北市圖的進步

摘要


定期實施業務評鑑,不但為各行各業各機關管理者應辦理事項,更是以服務為本質之組織應重視的要項。本文藉由臺北市立圖書館的評鑑機制及進一步走訪近三年來的績優館,探討臺北市立圖書館的進步,從中學習公共圖書館績效考核制度,並於60週年慶之際,分享卓越經營成效,供其他公共圖書館看齊、學習!

A periodical performance appraisal is not only a business routine, but also a critical assignment that deserves a service-oriented organization to address increasing attention.This article explores the progressive services of Taipei Public Library by examining the mechanism of performance evaluation and visiting the top-performing branch libraries in recent three years, which provides you with an opportunity to learn the essence and implication from the unique performance evaluation system. On celebrating the 60th anniversary of Taipei Public Library, we feel it honored to present the paradigm of library service excellence for other public libraries to ponder, learn, or follow.
