This article tries to focus on students with dyslexia, and understand their learning experience which includes learning strategies, methods of overcoming reading disabilities, perspectives on supports from colleges and society. This understanding is necessary for the design of more effective learning situations, which are vital both to students and schools. This paper proposes qualitative research methods to explore students’ learning experience, library and resources uses behaviors, and perceptions on the impact of teaching supports. Based on the data analysis, researcher can draw a service plan prototype for students with dyslexia, and invite teachers, students with dyslexia and administrators to discuss the prototype and provide suggestions.
