圖書館係知識的寶庫，各公共圖書館都蒐藏為數不少的圖書資訊。先哲有言：知識無價，本篇論文嘗試從刑法保護的觀點來探討各公共圖書館館舍內圖書資訊之有效管理的法律議題。
