2020年全球籠罩在COVID-19(新冠肺炎)風暴中,其對各行業造成強烈的衝擊,圖書館推廣也受其影響。本文以國立臺灣圖書館為例,運用圖書館服務行銷7P策略針對其館藏電子資源進行分析,基於創新服務理論,建構館藏電子資源行銷推廣上創新服務-視覺式圖像文宣吸引使用者目光、電子資源(含電子書、電子雜誌)隨手借閱不用等、社群分享功能的新增與強化。在未來的創新服務方面,國立臺灣圖書館可以透過與友館合作,來提升館藏電子資源的能見度與使用率,創造圖書館與讀者的雙贏局面。電子資源(指電子書)授權使用的不確定性則是其在其創新服務的最大挑戰。
In 2020, the whole world has been surrounded by the storm of COVID-19, which has a profound impact on every walk of life, including the library outreach programs. This essay will take National Taiwan Library as an example, employing the 7P strategies of library marketing and service to analyze its e-source collection. On the basis of innovative services theory, it is advisable to offer the innovative services of the marketing and promotion of e-source collection-using the vision-based propaganda to catch reader's eyes, rapid borrow system of e-resources(including e-books and e-magazines), and the social media sharing.
