女性健康體檢採中段取尿法之分析研究

摘要

醫學進步，日逾千里；儀器發明，日新又新。但無可諱言，尿液分析為完整健康體檢所不可或缺的。通常取自健康、無自覺症狀、成年女性的尿液，顯微鏡檢時，往往發現帶有少量的白血球。臨床上，其意義究竟何在－是污染？還是發炎呢？常使醫生難以做正確的判斷。本研究之目的，為了避免費時、費錢的重覆或進一步檢查。以千餘位，健康的女性為對象。隨機取樣分為兩組，一組教導如何避免污染，採取中段尿液；另外不加任何教導的為對照組，以測定中段取尿法的效果。同時訂定出，健康女性體檢時，尿液呈現白血球的研判與處理標準。

Special and clean-catch instructions are valuable in reducing the chance of contamination and repetition of urinalysis. The data indicate that asymptomatic grade III micropyuria in a patient without a previous history of urinary tract infection may be ignored. Urinalysis in an asympto matic patient with a history of urinary tract infection with grade III micropyuria should be followed up with a Gram's stain and urine culture.
