摘要

本實驗旨在探討apomorphine對貓體溫的影響。結果發現apomorphine能導致貓之升溫作用，且此作用與劑量之大小有關。若預先注射haloperidol 0.5毫克／公斤後，能完全地阻斷apomorphine之升溫作用。倘預先注射p-chloroamphetamine（PCA）10－30毫克／公斤，連績注射三天後，則apomorphine之升溫作用亦可被部分阻斷。顯示出apomorphine在貓所引起的升溫作用不但與中樞神經系統內的dopaminergic機轉有關，而且與serotonergic機轉亦有部分關係。

The effects of apomorphine on rectal temperature of cats were studied. Apomorphine evoked a dose-related hyperthermia which was antagonized completely by pretreatment with haloperidol in a dose of 0.5 mg/kg. Pretreatment with p-chloroamphetamine (PCA) (10-30 mg/kg daily for 3 days) significantly attenuated the hyperthermia. Results highly suggest that central dopaminergic mechanism is involved in apomorphine-induced hyperthermic effect. In addition, central serotonergic mechanism is possibly also required to elicit the hyperthermia.
