子宮頸癌病人細胞免疫之研究
Cell-Mediated Immunity in Cervical Carcinoma Patients
摘要
利用淋巴細胞變形反應和遲發性皮膚過敏反應，對21位子宮頸癌患者從事細胞免疫力的研究。獲得三點結論：（1）晚期病人之細胞免疫能力遠較早期病人和正常健康人為差。（2）淋巴細胞變形反應和皮膚試驗的結果有正相關關係（相關係數為0.73）。（3）惡性腫瘤病人的血清內可能有某種抑制因子，影響淋巴細胞的正常功能。

Twenty-one patients with cervical cancer, who had no previous radiotherapy, chemotherapy or immunotherapy, were tested for PHA-induced lymphocyte transformation in vitro and a battery of delayed hypersensitivity skin tests in vivo. Those at late stages showed a marked depression of the transformation reactivity and cutaneous reactions as compared to those at early stages and normal volunteers. There was a correlation between skin testing and PHA-transformation. An inhibitor(s) might be present in sera of patients with malignancy.
