摘要


本實驗利用特異性抗原結核菌素刺激淋巴細胞產生巨噬細胞游移抑制素的試驗來研究巨噬細胞在細胞免疫反應中所佔的角色。天竺鼠淋巴細胞經尼龍纖維柱及塑膠培養皿的吸附除去巨噬細胞後,不能產生巨噬細胞游移抑制素;如加入自體肺泡巨噬細胞,則可恢復巨噬細胞游移抑制素的產生。巨噬細胞與抗原先作用後,可將抗原的刺激訊息傳給淋巴細胞,但巨噬細胞經結凍、解凍破壞後,就失去活化淋巴細胞的能力。

The role of macrophages in production of migration inhibition factor (MIF) in response to specific antigen was studied in BCG sensitized guinea pigs. The ability of the lymphocytes to produce MIF was abolished when the cell preparation was depleted of macrophages by passing through a nylon fiber column and incubating in plastic petri dishes. However, it was restored by addition of autologous alveolar macrophages. Macrophages pulsed with tuberculin stimulated sensitive lymphocytes to produce MIF, but destruction of macrophages by freezing and thawing abrogated their ability to activate lymphocytes.
