摘要

三十位患者十二指腸潰瘍、疝氣以及急性闌尾炎的病人接受外科手術之後，血液內的淋巴細胞接受PHA刺激所引起的變形反應能力均降低。同時，若接受較簡易或麻醉程度較輕的手術，患者的變形反應能力復原較快。至於患者血清中的免疫球蛋白，不論是種類或含量，並沒有受到手術的影響。

The lymphocyte response to PHA-stimulation were investigated in 30 patients undergoing surgical operations Responsiveness to the mitogen fell post-operatively, and the extent of the fall was related to the degree of anesthesia. We also measured the immunoglobulins level in the sera of patients before and after the operations. There were no significant change in either classes or level of immunoglobulin.
