The Identification of Aspirin and Salicylic Acid in Human Urine
尿液中阿司匹靈與其代謝物水楊酸之確認
摘要
本研究報告合併使用二向薄層層析法，微量化學反應法及顏色反應法，測定服食阿司匹靈後之尿液中之阿司匹靈及柳酸。本法將可用於毒物分析及臨床藥學之目的。

Two dimensional thin layer chromatography in combination with microreactions and Trinder colour test were used for the identification of aspirin and its metabolite, salicylic acid, in human urine after aspirin treatment. The method proves to be simple and reliable for toxicological analysis.
