抗利尿素對催產素收縮子宮之影響

The Absence of Influence of Vasopressin on the Oxytocic Action of Oxytocin in the Isolated Rat Uterus

摘要


利用大白鼠離體子宮對催產素的收縮反應,探求二種哺乳動物抗利尿素AVP和LVP是否對催產素的生物鑑定有任何影響。我們發現在等量到三倍量AVP或等量到二倍量LVP的存在均不影響子宮對催產素的收縮反應,亦不干擾用生物鑑定法測定催產素的效價。由於抗利尿素的收縮子宮的效價尚不及催產素效價百分之三,此種無干擾現象更可間接證明抗利尿素與子宮上催產素接受器之親和力甚為微弱。這種缺乏干擾現象使得用生物鑑定法去測量催產素的效價,保持單純而免除需要矯正之虞。

The influence of arginine vasopressin and lysine vasopressin on the oxytocic action of oxytocin was studied in the isolated rat uterus. It was found that the active tension developed in the isolated rat uterus in response to oxytocin was not altered by the presence of either arginine vasopressin or lysine vasopressin in vasopressin/oxytocin ratio of 2. Bioassay of oxytocin was not affected by the presence of vasopressin. Our results suggest that the rat uterus method remains valid in the bioassay of oxytocin sample which contains considerable amounts of vasopressin. The oxytocic potency of vasopressin was determined to be only about 3 per cent of that of oxytocin on equi-molecular basis. Failure of vasopressin to reduce the uterotonic action of oxytocin indicates that the affinity of vasopressin for oxytocic receptors is very poor and thus vasopressin is unable to interfere with the binding of oxytocin to its receptors.
