電腦化心電圖系統之波形識別及測量

摘要


在電腦化心電圖診斷系統中,需要一個軟體程式來找出並識別各種不同之波形,同時輸出一組通常稱為「測量矩陣」之數據,以供診斷分析程式使用。在我們的系統中,我們採用了Template Matching之技巧教電腦找出QRS波羣之參考點,再對此QRS波羣之形態作一分析,以取出所需要之參數;對於P波及T波,也是採取類似的方法分析。此外,我們利用「平均速度法」以決定各個波形之起點及終點。

A computerized ECG Analysis system requires a software program which recognizes and locates waveforms from incoming ECG signals and produces a set of data, usually called measurement matrix, for diagnostic use.For this purpose, we used a ”template matching” technique for locating a ”reference point” in the QRS complex of an ECG cycle. After finding this point, we were able to perform a complete morphological analysis of the QRS complex using computer. The same was true for analyzing P-wave and T-wave. To determine the on-set and off-set points of each waveform, a specific method, named ”averaged velocity method” was used.
