The clinical manifestations of Multiple Sclerosis are multiple proteinosis, and can be determined by the various locations, and extent to the foci of demyelination. Despite the clinical features, electrophysiological studies-vision, auditory and somatosensory evoked potentials, cerebrospinal fluid IgG index and Computer-Tomography can also provide much informations to the disease. The purpose of this article is to review Multiple Slerosis according to five classical cases.
