皮膚原發性黏液性癌－一病例報告及文獻回顧
Primary Mucinous Carcinoma of the Skin-A Case Report and Literature Review
摘要
皮膚上的原發性黏液性癌是一種罕見的癌病；一般皮膚上的黏液性癌多為轉移性癌症。此類癌病生長速度慢，臨床徵候不明顯，常被誤診為皮脂腺囊腫、血管瘤等良性腫瘤，但是診斷此病主要是靠組織病理學及組織化學（histochemistry）。此類癌症報告在全世界英語文獻由1952年首次報告到1978年，共只有30例。三軍總醫院於1982年7月發現一例此癌病患者經局部廣泛性切除手術後，追踪迄今無癌症復發及轉移。特提出報告。

Primary mucinous carcinoma of the skin is a rare tumor of the skin. Most of the mucinous carcinoma of skin are metastatic lesions. The gross appearance, symptoms and of this tumor are not like malignant tumor, so this tumor is frequently misdiagnosed as benign tumor of the skin, such as: sebaceous cyst, lipoma, hemangioma etc. The major tool for diagnosis of the cancer is histopathology. From 1952 to 1978 only thirty cases were reported in English literatures. In July, 1983, a case of this type cancer was found in TSGH and was proved by pathology. There was no local recurrence and metastasis after wide local excision.
