Electrical injuries may disturb functions of almost every organs and systems and also may cause variable related manifestations. The neurologic complications were initially overlooked because of delayed appearance. The proposed patient was a 32 years old male, who sustained high-tension electrical injury. The symptoms of radiculopathy occurred until two months later. Awareness and early recognition of neurologic deficits were most important in individuals undergoing electrical injury. An intense rehabilitative effort and vigorous physical therapy would minimize functional loss and help such patients attempt to lead an independent existence.
