食道平滑肌瘤
Leiomyoma of the Esophagus
摘要
一位26歲男性病人罹患食道中段平滑肌瘤，臨床表現為對固體食物吞嚥困難以及間歇性胸骨下疼痛，並且在1年肉體重減輕約7公斤。食道X光攝影顯示食道有外物壓迫而食道黏膜皺襞正常。食道鏡檢發現在中段食道有黏膜下膨出情形，但其上黏膜卻完整。經由胸部成功地做了食道黏膜下腫瘤切除手術後，病人康復情形良好。食道平滑肌瘤為一極少見之病症，特提出報告並回頭文獻，以供臨床參考。

A 26-year-old man with a leiomyoma in the middle third of the esophagus presented with dysphagia for solid foods and intermittent substernal pain. Weight loss about 7 kg within one year was told. Esophagogram showed external compression of the esophagus with normal esophageal mucosal folds. Esophagoscopy revealed submucosal bulging in the midesophagus with the overlying mucosa being intact. Transthoracic enucleation of the tumor was successfully performed, followed by an uneventful recovery period. This unusual case of esophageal leiomyoma is presented and the literature is reviewed.
