摘要

報告一名繼一次急性肝炎後發生之以紅血球為主之再生不良性貧血。檢驗證實病人未曾有A、B或C型肝炎之感染。經類固醇藥物後，其血球計數、幹細胞群落計數及骨髓之型態皆有明顯之進步。免疫抑制被認為是骨髓功能被抑制的原因。

A case of hypoplastic anemia with predominantly erythroid lineage involvement after an episode of acute hepatitis was described. No definite viral etiology, including hepatitis A, B or C viruses, could be implicated. Complete recovery was estimated by blood picture, colony (CFU-C) formation and bone marrow morphology after treatment with prednisolone. Immunosuppressive effect could be the cause of bone marrow suppression.
