摘要


診斷用X-光機在醫療應用上是非常普及而重要的診斷工具。由於X-光為游離輻射線,與人體作用可能產生不良之效應(主要為延遲性效應),所以本研究乃依據X-光機的各項輸出特性所訂定之品質保証(Quality Assurance)的檢驗方法,使用美國VICTOREEN公司製造NERO 6000B型(Noninvasive Evaluator of Radiation Output)測試儀,對三軍總醫院之X-光機做各項輸出特性(管電壓尖峰值(kVp),管電流(mA)與曝露時間(s)的乘積值(mAs),再現性(Reproducibility)和準確性(Accuracy))的測試評估。目的在於對各型X-光機瞭解其操作特性,校正各項潛在的問題,提昇影像的品質,期能以最低的輻射劑量,最佳的工作條件下獲得清晰的影像品質。

The application of X-ray in diagnostic radiology is a general and powerful tool since the X-ray was introduced into the medical field. Because the X-ray is one of the ionizing radiations, it produces hazard (especially late-effect) in the human body when it interacts with the human body. The purpose of the study is to assess the function and quality of the general purposed X-ray machines in the Tri-Service General Hospital. The purpose is to realize the character of the X-ray machine and the procedure of Quality Assurance which may reduce the absorbed dose of radiation of the patients and obtain the better quality of operation of the X-ray machine.
