摘要


亞硝酸異戊酯之分解動力學研究,係於不同的容器質材、溫度、緩衝劑及安定劑下進行。利用經驗證過之亞硝酸異戊酯安定性分析方法,瞭解亞硝酸異戊酯分解反應屬零級反應的模式。其活化能學為10 kcal/mole。以氧化鎂做為亞硝酸異戊酯於乙醇溶液之安定時,能有效的減少亞硝酸異戊酯於乙醇溶液之分解反應速率常數。

The degradation kinetics of isoamyl nitrite were studied under the conditions of various material of containers, temperatures, buffers, and the addition of stabilizers. Determining by the validated HPLC analytical method showed that the degradation kinetics of isoamyl nitrite followed the apparent zero order reaction model. The rate constants of reaction were calculated. The activation energy of the degradation of isoamyl nitrite in ethyl alcohol was about 10 kcal/mole. The presence of magnesium oxide decreased the degration rate of amyl nitrite constant significantly.
