Malignant Peritoneal Mesothelioma-A Case Report
惡性腹膜間皮瘤－病例報告
摘要
腹膜間皮瘤是一種少見之原發性惡性腫瘤，回顧一些文獻，大多數之病例曾暴露於石綿工作場所或是具有石綿沉積症之病史，其最佳診斷方法是靠手術開刀與組織穿刺生檢，而腹痛、腹漲、體重減輕，及腹水是其最常見之臨床症狀。本文報告一腹膜間皮瘤之病例，並做簡單的文獻報告。

Peritoneal mesothelioma is a extremely rare, highly malignant primary cancer of the peritoneal surface. In most cases, a positive history of asbestos exposure or pulmonary asbestosis can be elicited. Review of current literature confirms that the diagnosis of this tumor is difficult and frequently made only at surgery or biopsy. The most common presentating symptoms are abdominal pain, abdominal distension and weight loss. The formost clinical sign is ascites in 90% cases. We present a case with typical symptoms and sign and CT features of peritoneal mesothelioma with a brief review of literature.
