Imerslund-Grasbeck Syndrome with Poikiloderma: A Case Report
Imerslund-Grasbeck症候群合併皮膚異化症：病例報告
摘要
我們提出同一家庭中兩兄弟均患Imerslund-Grasbeck症候群。兩位病人均有貧血及廣泛性皮膚色素沉積或異色。雖經維生素B12治療後貧血改善但無法改善皮膚症狀。就我們所知並無文獻報告此一病症，特予提出報告。

We report two brothers in one Chinese family with the Imerslund-Grasbeck syndrome. Both patients had anemia and widespread mottled skin pigmentation termed as poikiloderma. The anemia responsed to vitamin B12 treatment, but the pigmentary disturbance did not. To our knowledge, irreversible and persistent skin disorder in this syndrome has not been reported in the literature.
