Multiple Spinal Neurilemmomas-A Case Report
多發性脊椎神經鞘瘤：病例報告
摘要
神經鞘瘤是脊椎最常見的原發性腫瘤，大約佔百分之二十五至二十九；然而，多發性脊椎神經鞘瘤並不常見，且多伴合併有纖維神經瘤病。由於多發性脊椎神經鞘瘤不合併有纖維神經瘤之病例相當罕見，本文乃報告此一病例。其症狀方面顯示病社是在第四胸椎，因接受核磁共接掃瞄的檢查，意外地發現是位於第三、四胸椎間、第十一胸椎及第二腰椎的發發性脊椎神經鞘瘤，此三個神經瘤於一次手術摘術，術後病患神經功能恢復良好。

A case of 26-year-old man with multiple intradural extramedullary neurilemmomas, not associated with von Reckinghausen's disease, is presented. The patient was admitted on account of intermittent weakness of both lower limbs for two months and a audden onset of paraparesis & total hypesthesia below the nipple line. A MRI showed three tumor masses located at the levels of T3-4, T11 & 12, respectively. He underwent bilateral hemilaminectomies of T2, total laminectomies of T3, T11 & L2. The three tumors intradurally & extramedullarlly were totally removed. The pathological picture was neurilemmoma containing both Antoni type A & B. The related literature is reviewed.
