摘要


本研究以高壓液相層析儀進行探討Ceftizoxime Sodium及Ranitidine HCl於5%葡萄糖靜脈注射輸送液中之化學安定性。本實驗採用三種不同之Ranitidine藥物劑型,進行安定性之研究。以5%葡萄糖靜脈注射輸送液配製含Ceftizoxime 5.0 mg/ml及Ranitidine 0.5 mg/ml之靜脈混合液,分別於25±1℃之條件下儲存,於一定時間,分別取樣2 ml,予以測定pH值及外觀之觀察外,同時以發展之安定性指示分析法,對Ceftizoxime及Ranitidine分別予以定量。實驗結果顯示,不同之Ranitidine藥物劑型,於25±1℃之儲存條件下儲存,獲不同之安定性。

The chemical stability of ceftizoxime sodium and ranitidine HCl in 5% dextrose injection was studied using a HPLC method. Three brands of commercial ranitidine injections were investigated in this study. Ceftizoxime and ranitidine were diluted with 5% dextrose injection to form an admixture with a ceftizoxime concentration, 5.0 mg/ml, and a ranitidine concentration, 0.5 mg/ml. These admixtures were stored at 25°C until sampling. A 2 ml sample taken in a proper interval was visually inspected, tested for pH, and assayed by a stability-indicating high-performance liquid chromatographic method. Triplicate studies were done for eacd storage condition. The chemical stabilities of admixtures varied with three commercial ranitidine injections introduced in 5% dextrose injection at 25°C.
