超氧歧化酶之毛細管電泳分析法

摘要


本文介紹一種可行的牛紅血球中銅鋅-超氧歧化酶之毛細管電泳定量分析法。此法使用pH8.7之0.02M硼酸鹽緩衝液。其標準曲線之線性範園為12.5-200 μg/ml(r=0.999)。其回收率為99.96至107.6%之間。而同日標準差與異日標準差分別為1.36%與2.90%(n=3)。本毛細管電泳法可應用於超氧歧化酶之安定性分析研究上。

An efficient capillary electrophoretic method was developed for the assay of superoxide dismutase in bovine erythrocyte. The buffer solutions used in this method was of 0.02M sodium borate (pH8.7). The linear range was 25-200 μg/mL (r=0.999) and recovery was 99.96 to 107.6%. The relative standard deviations for intraday and intereday analyses were 1.36% and 2.90% (n=3) respectively. This capillary electrophoretic method could be applied as a stability indicating assay method of bovine erythrocyte superoxide dismutase.
