摘要
鮮少病情在急診比腹部主動脈瘤破裂更需要迅速正確診斷。急診醫師如未能在短時間內作出正確診斷及迅速處理，幾乎此類病患都無法存活。腹部主動脈瘤破裂是一心臟血管外科急症，即使經診斷出而立即手術、死亡率仍高居不下。因而此症對急診醫師是一大挑戰。我們提出一例由於急性腹痛，在急診迅速診斷出腹部主動脈瘤破裂，並成功地手術治癒的個案，就其臨床表現及急診處理提出討論，並作一文獻回顧。

There are few conditions encountered in the practice of emergency medicine that require accurate diagnosis more urgently than does ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm. If emergency physician can't make accurate diagnosis and manage rapidly in a short time, almost patients can't survive. Ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm is a cardiovascular emergency with a high mortality rate even when diagnosed and repaired immediately. Therefore, this disease presents a significant challenge to the emergency physician. We report a case with acute abdominal pain who was diagnosed as ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm rapidly in the emergency department and was treated by surgical intervention successfully. Clinical presentation and emergent management were reviewed.
