A 63-year-old male, had suffered from right nostalgia for three months. The patient visited our department owing to right nostalgia. According to the finding of physical examination, lobulated soft tissue mass about 1 cm in length located on the posterior wall of right external auditory canal. After three times of local treatment in OPD, we performed excisional biopsy of external auditory canal mass. Pathological report revealed cholesteatoma of external auditory canal. Finally, he was followed up in our OPD and recovered smoothly for three months.
