Double Site Intussusception in a Four-year-old Girl

We report the case of a four-year-old girl in whom an angiolipoma-induced jejunojejunal intussusception occurred simultaneously with an idiopathic ileocecal intussusception. Because of the rarity of double intussusceptions, we overlooked the angiolipoma-induced jejunojejunal intussusception. As a result, our patient underwent a second bowel resection three days after surgery for reduction of the ileocecal intussusception.
