摘要


本文探討部分沃斯田鐵化對於球墨鑄鐵經沃斯回火後之顯微組織及機械性質的影響。部分沃斯田鐵化是指控制加熱溫度於共析反應的臨界溫度區間之內,本實驗選擇此區間內的三個溫度,775、790、805℃,而沃斯回火溫度選擇300℃及400℃,並與傳統沃斯回火球墨鑄鐵製程比較,試圖在臨界區間內找出提升強度及延韌性質的較佳製程,並觀察顯微組織對延韌性質的影響以及受應力之後顯微組織的變化。

This study investigated the influences of intercritical (partial) austenitizing temperatures on the mierostructures and mechanical properties of austempered ductile irons. Intercritical austenitization was used to control the austenitizing temperature in the region where ferrite, austensite, and graphite coexisted. In this study, 775, 790, and 805℃ were used as intercritical austenitizing temperatures and austempering was performed at 300℃ or 400℃. Experimental results were compared with conventionally austempered ductile iron. The optimum combination of strength and ductility could he obtained when austenitizing temperature approached the upper critical temperature and tempering temperature of 400℃ was used. The increased carbon content in retained austenite and austenite volume fraction are beneficial for increasing strain hardening coefficients. TRIP effects had also been observed to improve toughness of treated materials.
