高鉻鑄鐵之耐磨耗性質探討

Study on Wear Resistance Property of High-Cr Cast Irons

摘要


本研究針對於七種不同化學組成之高鉻鑄鐵經最佳熱處理後,探討化學組成與熱處理參數對於沖蝕磨耗及刮磨磨耗性質之影響。研究結果顯示,不同化學組成之合金經最佳熱處理之後,其顯微組織之差異不大,因此,其耐沖蝕磨耗性質並無明顯的影響。另,以不同角度進行沖蝕磨耗之試驗結果顯示,淬火態在45°角及回火態在60°角分別呈現最大沖蝕率及沖蝕深度,又,在相同沖蝕角度條件下,回火態之耐沖蝕磨耗性優於淬火態。此外,本研究選取部分合金進行一系列溫度的回火處理,並以60°角之沖蝕試驗做為比較,結果顯示沖蝕率及沖蝕深度(erosion test)均與合金之硬度呈正相關,反之,耐刮磨性(pin-on-disk)則與合金之硬度呈負相關。

The wear resistance properties (in terms of erosion and abrasion) of high-Cr cast irons with various compositions (C, Cr, Cr/C, Mo) and heat treatment conditions (hardening and tempering) were evaluated in this study. The results indicate that for hardened specimens, both the erosion rate (RE) and the maximum erosion depth (DE(max)) occurred near 45o impact angle. However, no significant differences in erosion wear can be observed among the seven high-Cr east irons investigated (except for specimen H#1 That exhibited a slightly higher DE(max) compared to other specimens), regardless of the variations in microstructures (%martensite, %V(subscript γ), %Vc). On the other hand, for specimens tempered to peak hardness, both RE and DE(max) occurred near 60o impact angle. Again, no apparent differences in erosion wear can be detected among the seven high-Cr cast irons studied. Furthermore, the high-Cr cast irons with lower hardnesses exhibit better resistance to erosion wear, but reversal in the case of abrasion wear. Brittle fracture caused by the impact of the Al2O3 particles in the erosion test, while scratching and cutting by the Al2O3 particles in the pin-on-disc test, are responsible for the wear loss of the respective circumstance.
